Most are one-of-a-kind items and cannot be combined with purchases from our main website. Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Shipping is done exclusively through the U.S. Postal System. The shipping charges are determined at checkout when your zip code is known. You will be charged actual postage costs plus a $2.00 flat rate handling fee for each order no matter how large it is. When 2 or more items are bought on the same order, we will combine shipping costs when possible. If you pay via PayPal, any overage will be immediately refunded through PayPal. If you wish to pay by check or money order, call or e-mail us to find out if a reduction in shipping costs can be granted before you send your payment.

Shipping insurance is provided at additional cost and is available only to U.S. customers. Please request shipping insurance by putting a note in the "Comments" section of your order. You will be contacted with the appropriate insurance cost. We cannot be held responsible for lost shipments which are not insured.

RETURNS

Purchases may be returned within 10 days for a full refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
An RMA (return merchandise authorization) must be obtained prior to return.
